How do I download the app?
The app is being prepared for iPhone and Android. Check the launch status and the option to receive an update in the download section.
Which account do I use in the portals?
Use your personal Nuvaro account. Managing a business, restaurant, or event requires the appropriate permissions. A pending request does not grant access.
Does Nuvaro accept travel payments?
No. The Travel section presents Crush Travel experiences; the agency handles information, reservations, and payments directly.
How do I request account deletion?
You can start the request in the app or use the public account deletion resource linked below.
